Test your project using a prototype tool (2 or 4 cavities). In the case of small to medium preform series and machine types, 16-cavity and 24-cavity molds are the perfect choice. They are also ideal for special solutions (e.g. large threaded neck openings) and in regions with reduced preform requirements.
For the Netstal PET 2000 and KraussMaffei 175, our 60-cavity model is currently the mold with the highest number of cavities.
